While melting in 1880,
its first E.Pécou factory gave to all its line the taste to be
devoted to art of the confectionery. Four generations with its
continuation make bear fruit heritage of its know-how. old workshop
artisanal became an industrial company of high capacity.

Today,
equipment production very sophisticated, which provides more than 8
tons per day, remains with the service of the tradition transmitted
since more one century. Dragées Pécou is the signature of
the first specialist in France in the dragee almond. Since 1880, the
receipt of manufacture respects the same requirements. Only the best
varieties of the Mediterranean are selected. |

| The pink city of the
edges of the Tarn saw the birth of the first scented and coloured
dragee; today the range of the Pécou Dragees widened its pallet.
With the colours pastel " tradition oblige" add tone sharp and colors
tendencies in marriage with the white and the black of the chocolate. |

The almonds coated a
thin layer with gum arabic are charged a very pure sugar syrup. And
this so subtle perfume, which is prerogative of the Pécou
Dragees, always comes from natural vanilla pods. Equipment modern
relegated to the museum "shaking" copper antiquities to the profit of
the powerful turbines which ensure regular coating of almonds. But the
clothes industry of the sugar dress, followed long series of the
operations of whitening and smoothing, always requires experiment,
